前天跟莱拉聊到产品培训为什么没有用。我拿MBA举例子,首先,你要通过严格的入学审查,证明你有这方面的天赋、资质和学习的毅力。其次,课堂上讲述的知识和案例,都只是用于激活一个有天资的人的想象力,在具备背景知识的基础上,把这些知识转化为自己的洞察力。
读MBA也好,其他专业也好,最重要的是入学审查。如果审查不到位,缺乏天资的人也来听课,无非是死记硬背那些背景知识,学成之后生搬硬套。但实行严格的入学审查后,有资格参加产品培训,并且有时间有钱的人就剩不下来几个了,那么课程只能以扫盲为主。
这和讲师的水平与责任心无关,从源头上,产品培训就是没有用的。 — @纯银
